will the msi gtx 960 2gb fit into my motherboard?

i was going to buy the MSI GTX 960 2gb, will this graphics card fit into my "msi 760 GMA p34 (fx)" motherboard, if it wont please recommend a gaming motherboard that it will fit in. thanks in advance

It will fit the motherboard just fine. But be sure it is not too long for the room in your case. And be sure you have sufficient PSU capacity for the card. 400W good quality PSU min.

ok because i have a medium sized case that would fit it i just didn't know if the GPU would go over the mother board battery, i also have a 430 watt power supply

The PCIe X16 slot is designed to allow any gfx card to pass over any obstruction on the motherboard. It will fit the board fine.
