Will the new 64 bit Intel Atom mobile processors be able to run steam games?

I'd just like to be able to run Garry's mod at 30FPS and a few simple games. The new atoms CPUs look promising?

look at tomshardwares thing on the main page about gaming on windows 8 tablet, that will tell you.

Atoms can run games like portal at pretty good fps but at low settings.
