No, this will not be a bottleneck at all, no matter the resolution. There are only a few games i can think of where it would be very slightly bottlenecked.

What shmoochie said is innacurate, cpu bottlenecks are less prevalent at higher resolutions.

Yes at 1080p you are more likely to max out the CPU before the GPU, but from what I have seen these components are fairly matched. On some titles you will be CPU bound but that's mostly over 144hz and the only other options would be 9700K or 9900K
