Will the new Intel Haswell refresh support DDR4 memory?

Intel introduced the new 9 series chipset, so will it support DDR4? Or only the X99 have that edge?

Only Haswell-E for now, Broadwell is expected to support it though.

so building PC now is not practical and it is much better to wait for the new processor and ddr4?
