Question Will the NH-D15 fit my case and motherboard

Parts list here. I am currently using the stock cooler and wanted to upgrade to the Noctua NH-D15 . I know there will be very little clearance with the case, the case and cooler both say around 165mm , but I am also concerned with the "block" for lack of a better word near the i/o. Is there any other way to check for clearance. I also believe that the ram will be fine.

It'll be tight, but technically will fit, yes.
HOWEVER that assumes you don't need to raise the front fan to clear your RAM - which is a possibility in some instances. I have LPX and I still had to raise the front fan by a tiny bit - to the point it's slightly above the height of the tower.

It'l be really, really tight.
The D15S might be a better route to go.
