I have a few questions about the Noctua NH-U14S:

1. Will it fit in my rig?
2. Will it give enough room for my ram?
3. Will it give enough room for fans at the top and on the side of the case?
4. How close will it be from touching my GPU/ other components?
5. Will I have any issues with space at all with this cooler?

Thanks a lot in advance if anyone can help me out with my questions on this cooler!

To answer those questions we would need all the details of your system.

I use a D15S, and needed the S version so that my mATX first PCIe slot was not blocked.

I'm not sure how to multi quote but heres the info:

Case: corsair 400R
Ram: g skill ripjaws 16gb DDR3 1866
GPU: asus strix 980 GTX
Mobo: asus z97-A ATX LGA1150

Thanks for the information.

1. Will it fit in my rig? The Corsair 400R has over 18.5cm clearance above the motherboard, so there is plenty of room there.
2. Will it give enough room for my ram? There will be no RAM clearance problems.
3. Will it give enough room for fans at the top and on the side of the case? Plenty of room on the top, and a 13mm fan can fit directly above the cooler on the side.
4. How close will it be from touching my GPU/ other components? This http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-u14s.html?comp=1 is the compatibility chart for that cooler, your motherboard is there and the cooler is completely compatible.
5. Will I have any issues with space at all with this cooler? It is a comparatively small single-tower computer intended for compact installations and RMA clearance issues on a LGA 2011-3 socket/board, so everything will be good on a LGA 1150.
