Will the Noctua NH-U14S Heatsink fit onto a msi x99a sli plus Motherboard?

So i'm looking at building my own computer in the next month or so and was wondering if the Noctua NH-U14S Heatsink with lga 2011 socket type would fit onto a msi x99a sli plus Motherboard with a lga 2011v3 socket. I've read up about most lga 2011 heatsinks fitting lga 2011v3 sockets but couldn't find anything about this board specifically. Any help is appreciated

It actually fits just fine... here is the manufacturers website saying that the NH-U14S fits the MSI x99 sli plus

had mobo msi x99a sli plus and choose same coller
NH-U14S

fit perfect, as spec, GPU in first slot OK;

have space for second fan;

mount in good direction | vertical not horizontal (-); (I think horizontal will overlap some mem slots !!! );

perfect cooler. best in small mobo;
case Antec dark flleet; (i.e. your case must be at least same or more deep to eat noctua tower cooler....)
