will the pentium bottleneck my graphics card? if so what would be a better cpu for my lga 1151 mb, (it needs to be 6th or 7th gen). i will be playing overwatch and fortnite and 1080p at high settings trying to reach an average of 60 frames

Dual core is not enough nowadays. Overwatch benefits from more threads... What motherboard model is it? If 6/7 th gen, I will opt for I5-7600/7600k. There is a 25% discount on google express if you are in US.

i have a h110m-a motherboards, and is there any cheaper option without bottlenecking my gpu?

Your GPU is not that strong and you want a cheap solution, then G4560/4600 is your best choice. Should work fine.
