[SOLVED] Will the Phanteks Sleeved Cable Extensions work for Corsair RM850i PSU on a ROG Strix 3080 OC?

Hey all, I want to add cable extensions to my build, but I’m scared it will fry my GPU. The ones I’m looking at have good reviews, but the few reviews that aren’t good show pictures of melted PCIe cables on the GPU end. I want to know if my 3080 Strix will be fine with these.

To be honest if you read some reviews saying there melted then suggest on trying to find ones that are perfect for your GPU because 3080 is an powerful GPU!

Amazon reviews show almost 5 stars average in 775 reviews, but some reviews show melted cables and fried GPUs. I’m suspecting these are isolated events though, but these cable extensions are really well reviewes everywhere I’ve checked. Which ones would you recommend for a 3080?
