I want to run Universe Sandbox 2 on a 1.33 Ghz 1.33 ghz quad-core intel atom processor. Would the processor be able to run the game?

the minimum for this game is 1.6GHZ while you only have 1.3GHZ and being an atom class CPU i highly doubt you meet the bare minimum to run it
