Question Will the PSU be underpowered?

Here is the specs of my PC:

» PROC: Intel Pentium G4560 7th Gen KABYLAKE
» MOBO: MSI H110M Pro VH PLus
» GPU: PALIT GTX1050ti 4GB StormX
» RAM: 1x8GB Crucial Ballistix SPorts 2400mhz
» HDD: 1TB Seagate barracuda 3.5” SATA
» PSU: Deepcool De500watts
» CASE: Tecware F3 Premium Fullside Window BLUE
» CASE FAN: 2x120mm Blue Ring LED Cooling Fan
» MONITOR: BenQ Zowie 24" 1080p 60hz

I have a friend who gave me a processor i7 6700K. Planning to replace the G4560. Question is, will PSU be enough? Do I need anything else replace or installed or will it be enough?

Oh yes, quite enough, there's only few Watts difference.
