Will the PSU have all the right cables ?

Of course, power supplies come with all the cables you need to get up and running.

It's worth pointing out though that you won't really have much choice in the matter, this is a non-modular power supply which means all the cables are going to be hanging out the back. Might be a tricky job hiding that octopus.
Personally I would recommend adding a bit more to your budget to go for modular, the CX is a solid power supply line but generally, when it comes to budget PSU's, an extra 10 or 20 could nab you an all round better box.

THis is an easy question. Yes it will be fine. The only thing I think you need to know is the Corsair CX series PSU's are on the lower end for build quality. This means they have a tendency to burn out quicker than other higher quality PSU's. Other Corsair PSU's are good quality but the CX series is on the low end of things.

The CX series is not a "solid" PSU. They use cheaper secondary capacitors that in my experience start to have problems at about the 1 yr mark. I have used 5 of them 4 where replaced after they were about a year old due to system instability and shutdowns and I replaced the 5th before it was a year old as a precautionary measure.
