Solution
Wattage - yes.
Quality - not so much.

What is your total budget?
Where are you buying from?
Can you list the prices of each component?
What is the purpose of this build?

There is some stuff we can change to make it better, because I see some parts that do not fit here.

Well if this is a gaming rig and if you have not got the parts yet I would switch the CPU down to a i5. Really for gaming a i7 is not going to do you much good. You can get the same performance for a gaming rig out of a i5 with no problems. Put that extra money into a better PSU and other area's of your build.

As far as the CPU cooler I would just get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead of that AIO water cooler because that single 120mm rad on the H60 is not going to really gain you a whole lot for the price. And after having two pumps go out on two H100i I do not think I would trust them anymore anyway. If you really want water cooling go for a complete custom setup.

I ended putting XSPC kits in all three of my rigs and the performance is much better than the H100i ever had. I got XSPC 750 EX360 kits for all three of my rigs. The nice thing about these kits is that they come with everything you need minus the coolant.

Wow things at Canada Computers are expensive and they have a very limited variety. I would suggest ordering from online Canadian retailers, but here's a Canada computers build;

-Overclockable.
-Only need an i5 for games.
-CM Hyper 212 EVO performs the same as the H60, but it's quieter and cheaper.
-Added SSD for fast loading and booting times.
-Max out anything at 1080p.
-Better quality psu.

wow thank you, i have heard that nvidia is better im not sure. also i have already bought the CX600M 600Watt Corsair psu so can not go over 600watts

You can't really compare brands, you have to compare the cards. At this price point, you can get a R9-280X or GTX 770. Both of them are pretty much equal.

You can use the CX600M in this build. The Corsair CX series aren't that great, though the Semi-modular ones are better than the Non-modular ones. Still, would have been better to grab the Antec HCG but what's done is done.

And yes, the Hyper 212 EVO does work on a 1150 socket.
