Will the R9 280X fit into my case?

Hello to all. I need a liitle advice, i want to buy a Radeon R9 280X graphics card but i dont know if my pc case will be enough long for this card, and my psu enough powerful. I have the Corsair 200R case with a 650W Seasonic psu.

Cards 430mm long with cage removed (300mm with drive cage)

No problem because cage is removable.
