Will the R9 390 fit my motherboard ?

Will the (MSI) Radeon R9 390 fit this motherboard ?

There are people saying it takes up 2 ports and this one only has 1 PCIe 3.0 x16 port or hasn't it anything to deal with that ?

It'll fit fine mate , it takes up 2 expansion ports on your case , it doesn't physically need 2 board slots but it will block the little pci-express x1 slot directly under the main pci-express x16 slot you'll be using.

Wireless cards, network cards etc.

You'll still have the bottom slot spare should you ever need to add a x1 expansion card for some reason (most people never need to use them)
