Will the radeon 6450 run on 220w and fit in my computer?

Hello there I know the 6450 is bad but before I get it i need to know if it will be fine with a 220w power supply and will the 6450 fit.Here's my current computer

The link is broken, but the card draws very little power, so this card should run on practically any build.

but could u tell me which CPU u r using, and the link u provided is dead.
