Will the Radeon HD 6670 work with my inspiron 580?

I was planning on buying this card so my computer can finally play GTA 4. This is the card

I wanna know if this would fit my computer, oh and here are my specs

Apparently it says my computer has 300 watts, but this graphics card has a minimum of 400 watts, would it still work? Because i read online that this card will fit.
