Will the Radeon HD 6850 work with my mother board

I have an HPE 500z and my processor is AMD Athlon II X4 640 (quad core) I THINK my motherboard does have PCI express 2.0 (so says CPU-Z)

Also, what (550 watt and up) PSU's will work with all of this?

It will be able to install it but your computer's power supply will be over stressed. You'll need a 400w continuous wattage power supply to also support the 6850. I am also looking for a new PSU, (maybe something with enough watts to leave headroom for a future upgrade?) right now this looks good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341022 would this work?
