My old card which is the GeForce 9500 GT died on me yesterday so I I was thinking of replacing it with Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 but do you think it is capable of running it with my pc's power supply?

Here's the specs of my pc though:
Aspire 600W power supply
ECS GeForce6100PM-M2 AM3
1TB HDD
AMD Athlon II X2 240
2x 4GB DDR2 RAM

Here's the voltages and current of my power supply:
+5V-25A, +3.3V-25A, +12V1-15A, +12V2-18A, -12V-0.5A, +5VSB-2.5A

The specs of my computer may be old but I also plan on upgrading my processor soon though.

well laws of calculation of wattage say The power P in watts (W) is equal to the voltage V in volts (V) times the current I in amps (A):
so for 15a x 12v = 180w and 18a x 12v = 216w

the HD 7750 according to https://www.anandtech.com/show/5541/amd-radeon-hd-7750-radeon-hd-7770-ghz-edition-review/23 need anywhere from 100w to 216w underload. So in theory, your PSu can handle the video card yes.

though it all matters on quality as its almost at the top most range your psu can produce.
