So, the Radeon RX 570 8GB Nitro+ that I ordered will finally arrive tomorrow , But I am wondering if it will fit in my case, I am using Dell optiplex 7020 with a core i5 4590, 8 GB RAM, 550W Crosair PSU, Will it fit in? The case tower is like this: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-OptiPle...x+7020+tower&qid=1560394544&s=gateway&sr=8-16 , And here is the GPU: https://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-112...394820&s=gateway&sprefix=nitro++rx+570&sr=8-5 , And here is the PSU: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Fd...onze-certified-atx-power-supply-cp-9020121-na , Also I am using a 24 Pin to 8 Pin PSU adapter to use that PSU, So is everything good and compatible?

Supposedly, at least according to Amazon, the card is 12.75" long, and 8.5" high. I wonder if that's actually the packaging. I've never seen a card that is actually 8+" high, even including the entire length of the slot bracket plate.

Get a tape measure and measure the available front to back space, where the card will be slotted, then the headroom over the motherboard. LOL...if the package will fit in your case, the card certainly will.

Will it fit that case?
Unless you find someone with that exact same combination, all anyone can say is "Probably".
The 570 is not unusually large, and the case is pretty medium size standard.

Of far more concern is:
"Also I am using a 24 Pin to 8 Pin PSU adapter to use that PSU, "

With compatible components, an 'adapter' should not be needed.

Others have also voiced concerns:

Well. Oof, I will not be able to sleep today because of worrying too much about if the Video card is compatible with all parts in my PC and will fit in, Thanks all for not giving me the answer I want : /
