Will the rtx 2060 work with my H61M-P20(G3) motherboard
I have gtx 980 and it is working great so I wanted to upgrade to RTX 2060 but I wanted to know if the new RTX 2060 will fit and work

Should work fine. Still not a bad idea to update the BIOS just to have latest before upgrading hardware components.

I have updated the bios 4 years ago to the latest version there is no newer version than the one I have I check for updates on the motherboard web site every then and now.

Ok. Should be fine then. Looks about the same power draw wise for PSU needs. Have the 8pin PCI-E connection I'm assuming just to check.

Yes I have two pci-e 6+2 conectors.My psu brand is deepcool 650w DN650 and it is very quiet no problems so far so it should do the work

OK. Seems you have what you need cable wise, and 980 uses similar power requirements. Should be good to go.
