I have an ASUS B150M-K Mobo and a Thermaltake Smart SE 530W PSU. Will the Vega 64 work with these specs?

Solution
The power consumption of a graphics card is the sum of two powers:

the PCI-Express X16 power: up to 75W
PCI-Express power supply connectors:
up to 75W for the 6-pin version
up to 150W for the 8-pin version

So the max theoretical power consumption of a card can’t exceed 75+75+150 = 300W.
Or if it is 2 x 8 pin
150+150+75W(rail)= 375W That is the absolute maximum that I can find.

it takes two 8 pin ! pcie connectors so make sure to check your psu again .

Your PSU has two 6+2 PCIe power connectors so you have the compatibility. Depending on what power draw this GPU is and what the rest of your components are is what matters. Your PSU's sustained 530W rating may or may not be enough depending on your overall system. Wait for the reviews to come out on total system power consumption.

All major tech sites are currently posting "unboxing" information on the card, so it should only be a matter of days before we see full reviews. Oh and one more thing: if you even *think* you want a Vega 64, you better jump on pre-order. Miners will be snapping these up.

I really would like to have a Vega64 - despite that I'm not a miner nor minor btw..
But hey, I had to wait until Santa comes around and check my socks...hehe:lol:
