Question Will the Ryzen 3 3300X work on a stock B450 motherboard?

I'm looking to upgrade from the FX platform to the new Ryzen 3 3300x. I've read online that B450 motherboards (which are the cheapest) will work with Zen 3 after a bios update but it's unclear whether motherboard manufacturers are releasing new motherboards with this updated bios for Zen 3 support. I don't have a ryzen chip so I will need something that works with Zen 3 out of the box.

its luck of the draw. some motherboards are updated, some arent. i think msi has a new lineup of updated boards with like a different name or something, but idk.
usually the reseller will update it for you if you ask.

amd also sells an upgrading kit for the us (i think germany too, don't quote me)

you should wait about a week, as next week b550 boards which support the 3300x out of the box always will be out.
