The model of the Graphics card is "100363TXSR" I am just wondering if it is compatible with the following setup and if it is a good choice, or if i could do better. i may in the future want to go crossfire with this card so any info on that would be appreciated:

Graphite Series 230T Windowed-Rebel Orange Mid Tower Case
Corsair RM850 PSU
ASRock Z77 Extreme6 LGA 1155 socket
Intel Core i5-3570k Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz
WD Black 2TB 7200 Hard Drive
CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) Ram
Corsair h100i Water Cooler

R9 280x is a great value at $300 but if u want dual card setup then i suggest u go with 770 as crossfire will u give u lag problems. AMD have minimized their crossfire problems with latest drivers but still even AMD fans agree that nvidia sli is better than amd crossfire.
Yes 280x and 770 both are compatible with ur setup

Awesome, thanks for the speedy reply too. One thing to add though, I wont consider crossfire for a while, like years, so do you think the lag problem would be resolved by then?

It may not lag at that time but i can not say for sure.It took AMD years to fix some issues in the latest drivers. SLI drivers are matured and runs with absolutely no lag.

In a game like crysis 3 maxed out on 1440p... or ultra moded skyrim... even sli 670/680's show considerable microstutter due to the cards being vram cramped and running at 99% usage.

The Model i will be using has triple fans and should run fairly hard at between 70-85 degrees...
I really don't care about the noise, is all good in that regard.
