Will the Stock CPU fan be sufficient?

Hey everyone so this is the build, I had selected a CM 212 Evo cooling fan but trying to bring the price down so i took it off and i also took off the SSD i chose since i have a 1tb hdd at home right now, basically brought it from 1000 to 900 which is a lot nicer.

My question is, will the included fan that comes with my CPU be enough for cooling it? I am not planning on overclocking yet.... I mean maybe in like a month or two then i could purchase a better fan but to get me started.... I am assuming the fan that comes with it should be alright for a little while right?

Solution
The stock cooler is fine if you don't plan to overclock until you get a nicer cooler. Intel wouldn't ship it out with a cooler that wasn't acceptable.
Cool, just making sure :) I am upgrading the case to a Corsair 350D so it was overkill with the SSD, the Evo cooler plus the value of the 350D... so yea, now im looking at like 950 which isn't that much different than a little over 1k but still trimming it down a little 😛 thanks, yea i thought the same that it should be sufficient for now but wanted to be 100% sure.

If you're willing to get a semi modular PSU instead of full modular you can trim some more:

you know its my fault for now asking this but the semi modular cables..... I am a little thrown off by them I obviously grasp the idea behind modular but the "Semi" modular ones... which cables are the ones that are attached? I am guessing the Motherboard power cable and is there another?

I just dont want excess cables lingering around the build 😛 do alll semi modular cables come with the same attached cables as well? Sorry for the questions but would help a lot :)

It varies, in the EVGA B2 I picked the non modular cables are

- motherboard power
- CPU power
- Graphics card pcie power (two of these)

Everything else is modular.
