Will the Ultra Chilltec fit in a LGA 1366 mobo?

I've know this came out a few years ago but I've noticed recently on various retail sites it says the Ultra Chilltec is supported for lga 1366 mobos.

I installed one of these for a buddy on a lga775 mobo. It was an older version. The one at TD comes with i7 mounting plate & backplate. Not only fit, I replaced the northbridge hsf with a larger one. Nearly touching the tec cooler.
