Will the videocard fit in the new prebuilt PC I am getting?

I am getting a new budget PC that is pre-built. And I am getting a prebuilt because here prebuilts are way cheaper than the actual parts. So it currently has no video/graphics card and I want to add a RX 560 cause thats the limit of my budget. The motherboard of the PC is Biostar H310MHC and here are the rest of it's components.
RAM: 4GB (i will replace it with 8gb 4x2 sticks)
CPU: i3-8100 (this is the best cpu i could find that fits my budget)
Case: KMEX T9 Max
Power supply: 450W
So can RX 560 4GB GDDR5 work good in this if I add it?
