Will this CISCO E5-2667 work in any motherboard that supports the E5-2667?
I mean, I have no idea - I tried to google it out but I am not sure yet, what does UCS mean?
I am about to buy this processor, I already run a Xeon E3-1220 and I love it.
For instance, this ASROCK X79 EXTREME mobo from Asrock supports the E5-2667 (also the V2/V3) versions.
Is there any sort of "Block" by Cisco where this processor will work only on Cisco Mobo?
(I will buy a different motherboard, I know it won't fit on the same motherboard as my E3 does).
