Will the XFX TS 650W work on my motherboard?

My friend just bought a new Graphics card and he gave me his old one (Msi R9 390) so I was gonna buy a new PSU and Case and move my current pre-built pc into it.
I was wondering if this PSU: http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/ts-series-gold-full-wired/ts-gold-series-650w-psu-p1-650g-ts3x
would work on my current motherboard: http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/042p49-dell/

The thing is, you shouldn't be worried about it working with your motherboard (which it will), but if it's enough wattage for the R9 390. I honestly suggest a 750W and to get a better brand than XFX, like EVGA or Corsair.

I searched online and it says that the XFX TS 650w would be enough for an R9 390, especially since I dont plan on overclocking and probably wont upgrade the pc by much. But if its an issue I could look into getting a 750W PSU

650 Watts is what the R9 390 requires:

You're perfectly fine with the XFX, the TS series is made by Seasonic, it's a good PSU.
