Because there Also Are gddr6 shortages, 6Gb models Are more than likely to come to the market. How popular those Are going to be... if all of those will be sold out. Maybe wery popular in the befinning, but I Expect that 6Gb versions fade away buy the end of this year or early next year... but by then Also next gen GPUs should be available, so 6Gb versions may remain in the history of 2021 as a remainer what was it like to be a gamer at that year...

6 gigabytes is more than enough ram for ethereum mining.
