Yes. There is usually a weakest link in any build. That build's weak spot is the 1030.

It will work just fine for that game if you don't have it yet I would try to at least spend the extra 40 bucks for a GTX 1050.

Over 100 most likely. On a 60Hz monitor anything over 60FPS is gravy and won't make a difference.

At 1080p max settings you'd be looking at an average FPS of ~180, and a rare minimum down to 60FPS (most of the time well above 100FPS)

Those are totally different sockets, won't fit. You can not change from AMD to Intel CPUs with the same Motherboard...

How is that possible? APUs aren't compatible with H81 or any Intel based motherboards.

The used i5 you have there is pretty good.

Ok so yes that will work fine with the i5-4570. As a side note if possible I would look into the GTX 1050 (or Ti) instead of that GT 1030 as it isn't really a gaming card.
