Will there be any problem during Airport Security checks? ( Component transporting outside US )

So, I have my uncle coming back from USA ( North Carolina ) to Nepal this December 1st for few days. He has agreed to bring these components and will place the order for them by tomorrow. But I am worried about the airport securities and their regulations regarding the transporting of electronic components outside the US.

Will he have a hard time during the security check at the airport? Will they allow these things to be transported outside the US? If yes, will they charge him extra for the components? I'm worried about the PSU and HDD especially. Also, is it a good idea to pair the CPU and RAMs with the mobo to save the space? I'm really sorry for asking a lot of questions. Thanks!

I'm sure Americans will have any say in it or have anything against it. For transport and security it's best not to have them as carry on luggage and packed in the middle of luggage case, they are pretty rough at airports while handling it. Cpu can be safely installed in the socket but rest of parts I wouldn't.

So, what do you advice? Thanks for your reply! :)

Ok, I will make sure he does that. Also, is it a good idea to pair the CPU in the Motherboard so as to save the space? Thanks a ton!

Oh yeah, I forgot about it! 😀 Thank you. I'll ask him to wrap the motherboard, ram, hdd, cpu and gpu in the clothing baggage properly and the GPU in his hand luggage then!
