Will there be any problems with this?

Was wondering if the gpu was good enough to play on or if there will be any problems with bottle necking and such. I don't really understand what that is but someone told me there might be a problem. Also if there are any other problems with this or if you could recommend a better computer in the same price range that would be great. Thanks in advance.

GPU: GTX 960
RAM: 16 Gigabytes

A i5 with a 970 would be a lot better specifically for gaming, you also dont need 16gb of ram

8gb is the sweet spot
