will there be microstutter in pcie 4.0

was wondering with being able to transport 32gb's in each direction will there still be microstutter in pci express 4.0

Micro stuttering isn't caused by the PCI express port. GPUs don't even max out the bandwidth of PCI 3.0.

Micro stuttering is an software issue, not hardware, it may be solved with next DirextX or if Nvidia and AMD re-develope how Multi-GPU linking works because it's a mess and over-complicated when it dosen't have to be but Multi-GPU systems are starting to die so I don't think they will do that.
