Will there be ShadowPlay on any GeForce GTX 770?

So, I've been looking for some Nvidia GeForce GTX 770's, but it seems like I can't find any, at least to be shipped to Denmark. :-/
So my question is like so, can any GTX 770 card run ShadowPlay, or is it only the Nvidia cards that can do that?

All GTX 770s are Nvidia GPUs even though different vendors may build/sell the cards. So, any GTX 770 will meet your needs.
