one is with the Acx cooling and one isnt. i currently have the one with the ACX cooling, but the duplicate one i want isnt in stock at microcenter. Will it be compatible with the non cooling one. and will the one that doesnt have acx cooling be a problem with heat?? Im terrible with writing sentance's sorry hope you get what im asking. Almost forgot will my I7 3770k have enough juice to get the max performance out of the 2 770s. i also have a 750HX psu if u were wondering.

Solution
Put the ACX cooler card on the top, the top card is going to have the most heat from sucking in the air from the bottom card.
Yes you can SLI them. Should be no problems the i7 3770K is still a beast of a processor.
Your power supply is very borderline SLI 770's buy their self can draw 460 Watts when running 100% if you said 850 I would have a warm cozy filling but it should be OK on the 750.

As long as they are both the GTX 770 they will be fine. You could have an EVGA and a Gigabyte if you really wanted to, as long as they are both the same (both 770 in this case).
