Will these all fit on my case?

Solution

Yes they will.. if they didn't PCPartPicker would have signaled so,

The sound chip on this board is actually quite good and a 40$ sound card won't bring an improvement
The 1060 6GB is a good deal better, as is the i7 over the i5
The picked cooler is quiet and sufficient, easier to fit and mount.
The fan is better than those you picked.
The PSU is of better or at least same quality for less money.
Cheers

Wow. Thanks. I'm using this now haha.

Just to answer your initial question once and for all, PCPartPicker has a compatibility system that'll flag things if they think something is wrong. I don't know if they directly check whether components will fit, but they do have a flag for if you choose a smaller case that tells you some newer GPU's may not fit; I don't see that warning on your build, so you'd most likely have had zero issues fitting everything into the case with your build.

Oh ok. Thanks! I'll start buying next week! :)

Sound card not necessary as on-board sound is very good. i7 not mandatory at this time. i5 still games very good. No shady PSU. A REAL GTX-1060 GPU (not a cut down model sharing the same name)... You can save a few more $$$ if you wish to use an AMD RX-580 too. Faster RAM for cheaper, and a better cooler with an unlocked CPU.

EDIT:

Here is the same build, but with an i7 instead:
