No it will not. The A4 is simply way to weak, and the R7 240 isn't very good either. Storage is too slow. You want at least a 7200rpm drive. This is a bit more, but it would be much better, and give you some future upgrad options. FM2+ is a dead socket. This is even pushing it, for newer titles. You are looking at 720p, so you might still be ok. That monitor is really small. Might want to see if you can find a craigslist deal on a bigger, used one.

This build includes a true quad core that outperforms the G4400 and the A4 as well as a GPU that will wipe the floor with the R7 240 and the GT740. I wouldn't trust the G4400 in newer games as it has only 2 threads, and on this extreme a budget I think its important to focus on functionality now rather than relying on an expensive upgrade path later. Honestly, this CPU and Motherboard are so low budget that you might as well replace them both later to move to skylake rather than kneecapping yourself now with a system that cannot play every game on the market (Notably FarCry 4 and GTA 5) while this one can.
