Will these components be compatible with each other on my PC?

I'm upgrading my cpu from a amd fx-6300 to a Intel Boxed Core I5-6600K 3.50 GHz, 6 M Processor Cache 6 for LGA 1151. I'm also switching my motherboard to the (Gigabyte LGA 1151 Z170 2-Way SLI UEFI DualBIOS ATX DDR4 ATX DDR4 NA Motherboards GA-Z170XP-SLI) from a (ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M LX PLUS (AM3R2). I bought new PNY Anarchy 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz (PC4-19200) CL15 Desktop Memory ram for the new motherboard. My gpu currently is the raedon 390x. Will this all be compatible?
Especially looking towards the ram part of it because the ddr4 ram i bought seemed cheap - 70 dollars for 2 8gb sticks

Yes it should all be compatible assuming you have a decent psu of around 550w minimum
