asrock 870 pro 3 r2.o
R9 280x
AMD FX-4350, 4,2 GHz
and i want to buy this power supply but i dont know if it is good: MS-TECH MS-N630 BAS

Your CPU would bottleneck both cards unless you OC your CPU.
