Newegg states that the card length is 10.59", your case offers support for quite long graphics cards due to its dual chambers, I would not worry there.
Corsair states "There's room for eight PCI-E cards of up to 316mm in length" (up to 12.4") you'll have nearly 2" of clearance here.

The motherboard offers more then 1 PCIe (x16) slot, so you should be good there as well!

Make sure your power supply (PSU) offers enough wattage to power the GTX 970, nVidia states they recommend 500watts minimum.
