They will work together however you have chosen the i5-2500k which is a processor that really is designed for overclocking since the K verifies it has an unlocked multiplier, but the motherboard you've chosen is a H67 which doesnt allow the CPU to be overclocked.

Id recommend looking at a P67 or Z68 motherboard.

Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB seems to be the HDD of choice over the SeaGate aswell.

Oh, and is this build okay for gaming, say Battlefield 3?

And thanks for the suggestion, but Samsung SpinPoint HDD's dont seem to be available on the site I buy from, and because I live in India, I can't really order from newegg.

As for graphics card, its not really up there with the rest of your components to be honest. You would probably be much better off buying a cheap case and spending more on a graphics card.

You might even get better gaming performance by buying an i3-2100 over an i5, and again spending more money on a graphics card. Something like ATI 6950 or Nvidia GTX 560Ti is desirable to play the latest games at maxed settings.

I cant really afford a 560ti so will a 550ti work well?

The 560Ti really is a solid card, but if its over budget i think your next best option is ATI 6870. It outperforms the 550 by a fair whack.

I really cant afford the ATI 6870, and i cant wait either. My current comp is fairly outdated.
I took a cheaper cabinet, as you said.

If the 6870 can't fit into budget, id say what you've listed there is the best option then the 550ti outperforms the 6850.

You could spend slightly less on a PSU as the 550Ti only requires about 400-450w PSU.

Other than that, it all looks good
