Will these coolers work with a ryzen?

I'm trying to find a cheap cooler that will do me that isn't loud but also cheap.

I searched AM4 cooler into amazon but none of these say they even work with AM4 motherboards:

If you are buying a non X Ryzen, it comes with a stock cooler that works quite well. Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO supports AM4 along with many other aftermarket coolers.
