Will these fan overload my Mobo?

Well, they're about 3times the rated wattage of a standard 120mm fan, but seeing as they only come with 3 pin connectors i guess that they're only meant to be run on your motherboard.
You might want to try them, it shouldn't damage anything. I have a 97mm gigabyte fan that wont run on my motherboard at full speed (and it's a cpu fan!)

If it doesn't work you have 2 options 1- get a fan hub (they're fairly cheap)
2- Cut the plug off and attach them to a molex yourself

Actually, alot of Fan Controllers have a 12v input and 3pin connectors as outputs - so as to feed all of the fans through one connection.

I would look into it more thoroughly, because I've often thought of doing the same thing (using 120mm fans from old PSUs) and was also worried about the wattage being pulled from the fans.

yeah, as others have said, dont run them off the mobo
for a cheap solution, go to sidewinders and buy molex housings and pins and solder them yourself. Or just get a fan controller, as i have 4 of those and they are so loud.
