Not sure if there are HDD casings in the way, but that should fit. Measure from the expansion slot to the opposite side of the case, but 9.5" should be fine. Also, save $10 and get a better PSU like this:

Yeah, as long as the HDD cage is high enough, it looks like it is. That would be a nice upgrade Just double check with a ruler or something if going straight across from the PCIe slot it won't hit the HDD cage. It looks like it will barely clear it, but that side it's ok to be close.
