Will these Fittings fit these tubes?

Im planning on water cooling my PC and this will be my first time, I have gotten really confused about this sizes and just wondering if these compression fittings will fit these tubes.

They should fit fine. Those compression fitting are for 3/8"ID and 5/8"OD so they should work with the tube you are going to use.

Mad! Also for a pump, do the tubing or thread connection have to the same size?

Most pumps have barbs fitting on them already that you can't take off. If they already have barb fitting on them then just make sure that they are 3/8". You could also fit the 3/8" tubing onto 1/2" barb fitting but you need to stretch it a bit with some hot water. It is very tough to get it on but once you get it on all the way the chance of leaks are very very low since it's on so tight once it cools.

Also there may be 1/2" to 3/8" conversion kit for the pump. Just gotta look around.

Soo my best beat is, if i was going to get a pump with id 1/2 barbed fitting i could use id 1/2 with 3/4 od tubing?

Yea. If your pump has 1/2" barb fitting the it would be easiest and safest to use 1/2" tubing.
