Will these GPUs bottleneck a Phenom ii x6 1045t?

Will the following be bottlenecked by my cpu? GTX 670, GTX 970, R9 290, HD 7970
If so, by how much. Would it be worth it to upgrade to Skylake/Zen when it come out?
How much OC do i need to get rid of the bottleneck? THX
