Will these laptop specs run GTA 5?

I know, I know. I should build my own PC/upgrade my current blah blah blah.

But, I don't have the money right now and this laptop is all I have (as my desktop is being fixed by a friend). Now, my friend sent me GTA 5 as a gift through Steam but I before I download it, I want to ask you guys if my laptop can run it, because if it doesn't I will ask my friend to refund it instead.

I wanna say I doubt it will run at a playable level, the integrated GPU of that thing is way below what's needed.
