Hi all,

I would like to know if Hp Ipisb-Ch Motherboard and Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GT 710 2GB DDR5 work together.

MOBO model nr: 623914-001
GPU model nr: GV-N710D5-2GL

I bought this GPU today and the pc won't boot. PC makes after some time one long beep and three short beeps.
I have 300w PSU so maybe this is too weak for this GPU.

Thanks for your time. :)

And a GT710 from Gigabyte:

No reason those shouldn't work. Was the system working before adding the GPU?
What are the balance of your system specs? Have you updated the BIOS?

Hey,
Yeah system worked fine before. I just changed the GPU. Before i had ASUS GPU with model nr: EAH5450 Silent without fan.
After changing GPU the system stops where it shows system specs.
System specs are:
2.90 ghz i5 CPU
2 x 4GB hyperX RAM (Before had 1 x 4GB some china thing)
GT 710 GPU
128 GB HDD and 1 TB HDD
And 300 watt PSU

You'll need to verify the specific model associated, then nativate to HP's website.
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c00007682

Once you know your model number, follow the link for "Go to HP Software & Driver Downloads, "
No guarantee there will be a BIOS update available... but it's worth trying.
