Will these parts do?

Hi, it's my first post here. If I am doing something wrong please I apologize.

3 months ago I decided to build a new computer but didn't have enough money therefore i bought some parts saved the others for later.
Here's what i got already:
CPU: Intel Core i7 960
Motherboard: MSI x58 Pro
Memory: PNY XLR8 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3

I am considering to get these as well, should i change any parts or these will do?
Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme 1366 RT CPU Cooler, Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850, COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced, Corsair TX750W series 1.

whats our budget , and what are you using the computer for?

600$, will use it for surfing and a bit gaming. One more thing, i turn off the PC once a week.
